Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to coaching sessions, workshops, and review programs booked with FocusRoute Trading Method. By paying for a service, you agree to the terms below.

1. Intake Calls

Intake calls are free. No payment is collected before the intake conversation.

2. Single Session Cancellation

Cancel or reschedule a single chart reading session at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund or free rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit 50% of the session fee. No-shows forfeit the full session fee.

3. Prepaid Session Blocks

Blocks of four or eight sessions are prepaid at a discounted rate. Unused sessions within a block may be refunded within fourteen days of purchase if no sessions have been attended. After the first session, remaining sessions are refundable at the single-session rate deducted from the block price. Blocks expire six months from purchase unless extended in writing.

4. Market Structure Workshop

Workshop fees are fully refundable if you cancel at least seven days before the first evening. Cancellations within seven days receive a 50% refund or credit toward a future cohort. Once the workshop begins, fees are non-refundable. If FocusRoute cancels a cohort, you receive a full refund or transfer to the next available date.

5. Weekly Chart Review Subscription

Monthly review subscriptions renew each calendar month. Cancel before the first Friday review of a new month for a full refund of that month's fee. Mid-month cancellations receive no partial refund but retain access through the last scheduled review of the paid month.

6. Rescheduling

One free reschedule per session is permitted with at least 48 hours notice. Additional reschedules within the same booking may incur a 200,000 VND administrative fee.

7. Deposits

We do not require separate deposits. Full payment for single sessions is due before the session. Block payments are due before the first session in the block.

8. Work Already Started

If a coach has reviewed submitted charts and prepared annotations before you cancel within the 48-hour window, the session is considered partially delivered and the 50% cancellation fee applies.

9. Non-Refundable Items

• Completed sessions and attended workshop evenings
• No-show fees
• Printed materials already shipped to you (if applicable)
• Expired prepaid blocks beyond the six-month window

10. Refund Process and Timing

Email info@focusroutehub.click with your name, booking date, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed within ten business days via the original payment method (bank transfer). Bank processing times may add additional days.

11. Exceptions

Medical emergencies or documented travel disruptions may qualify for exceptions to the 48-hour rule. Contact us as soon as possible with supporting documentation.
